Book With Confidence – We've Got Your Back! Your travel plans matter to us. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected. That’s why we’ve crafted a clear and fair return and refund policy to give you peace of mind before, during, and after booking your tour with us.

Tour Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

We strive to be as flexible as possible, while also balancing the commitments we make to our travel partners. Refund eligibility depends on the timing and nature of the cancellation:

  • Cancellations made 15 days or more before the tour start date: 90% refund of the total booking amount

  • Cancellations made between 7–14 days before the tour start date: 50% refund of the total booking amount

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour start date: No refund applicable

Non-Refundable Bookings

Certain types of bookings are non-refundable, including:

  • Last-minute bookings (within 48 hours of tour date)

  • Tours involving non-refundable hotel/transport reservations

  • Customized or private tours with confirmed third-party arrangements

  • Bookings made using promotional offers or discount coupons

How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
  1. Email us at [info@bucketlistvacations.in] with your booking ID, registered name, and reason for cancellation.

  2. Our team will confirm the request and check eligibility based on the refund timeline.

  3. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Force Majeure / Unforeseen Circumstances

In rare cases like natural disasters, political unrest, government travel bans, or pandemics, we may offer:

  • Rescheduling of your tour without additional cost

  • Travel credit for future bookings

  • Partial or full refunds based on third-party vendor policies

No-Shows and Missed Departures

Failure to appear for a scheduled tour (no-show) or missed departure due to delay will result in no refund, unless otherwise approved under special circumstances.

Modifications to Your Tour Booking

We allow date changes or modifications up to 7 days prior to the tour, subject to availability and additional costs (if any). Please contact our support team to make changes.
