Cancellations made 15 days or more before the tour start date: 90% refund of the total booking amount
Cancellations made between 7–14 days before the tour start date: 50% refund of the total booking amount
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour start date: No refund applicable
Certain types of bookings are non-refundable, including:
Last-minute bookings (within 48 hours of tour date)
Tours involving non-refundable hotel/transport reservations
Customized or private tours with confirmed third-party arrangements
Bookings made using promotional offers or discount coupons

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
In rare cases like natural disasters, political unrest, government travel bans, or pandemics, we may offer:
Rescheduling of your tour without additional cost
Travel credit for future bookings
Partial or full refunds based on third-party vendor policies
Failure to appear for a scheduled tour (no-show) or missed departure due to delay will result in no refund, unless otherwise approved under special circumstances.
